MyT app can no longer control charging and aircon

My RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid can communicate via the MyT app in the areas of Hybrid Coaching, Location and details of last drive. But the other connected information and planning of Airconditioning and Charging no longer responds.  (Frozen status since January 7th) 

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it or investigate further? Thanks!

Check what version of the MyT app you are on, mine is 4.8.0 (488) IPad.  I had a similar problem which was solved by quitting the app and restarting.  It went from looking like my PHEV was an HEV to the proper PHEV Home Screen.
