Help with car setup

Hi, I just collected my new car yesterday corolla ts 1.8 design beautiful car really like it and I connected the car with myt app, multimedia, paired my iPhone bluetooth and connected the hotspot as well, everything works fine but there’s section in the app Connected services center and on available tab there’s an option smart services (Road events, cloud navigation and voice agent) there’s red button activate but when i click the button it’s trying to load Terms of use and privacy notice and shows error, sorry an error occurred. Please try again later. 
can someone help me how to activate that feature and also send to car option is missing.

Maybe there is an option in the app? I'm not sure. 

Ay chance of some candid shots of the inside?

I think the message may well be accurate.  It may well be a genuine server error and trying later may work.

Don’t know maybe they need to activate first  from their side, I’ll wait for a few days and will contact customer support.

Apparently I have no services available at all. 🤷‍♂️

E1, join the club.  These connected services are only available to the latest models and not all new cars.  The option is just there as an App update a few months back.

Yes, you need the new Toyota Smart Connect.

Go to your dealer and ask them to reset the e call module

Yes, but I think not the 'smart services' that Aleksandar was referring to. So I have mileage, car location, fuel level, status etc., but not the cloud-based navigation.

That is only the my22 model

if you send. A picture of your head unit I can confirm whether the option is available on your vehicle

My car model is 2022 and probably that’s just for 22 models but because the service is new it may be something wrong from their side and they need to fix the issue, however I’ve connected customer support and waiting for the reply.
