latest software for 2019 corolla

what is the latest version of software for the multimedia on the 2019 corolla. remember doing it vaguely from Toyotas website via a usb stick. is that still a thing 

my last major update was by Toyota dealers themselves

can it be done via download and usb stick or direct to the car or is it only main dealer update now

oh if it can be done yourself is there a guide

• MEU ( Nav Ecu ) is 1560
• DCU ( Display Audio ) is 1046
• Map is 2021V2

If your car is running MM19 with Apple carplay / Android auto

• MEU ( Nav Ecu ) is 1170
• DCU ( Display Audio ) is 1170
• Map is 2021V2

Map updates are available f.o.c for 3 years via My Toyota, plus OTA for MM19 via mobile data or wifi

Firmware for DCU / MEU either at dealer or via www.toyota-tech.eu ( chargeable access )

Can you direct where exactly you have the firmware, because under software update information it tells me map updates only - maybe access depends on region??
