2007 head unit replacement

Hi All

I just got a Toyota Avensis 2007 T180

I seem to have the satnav B9010 with a ipod connector in the glove box and a Toyota parrot hands free kit off the dash. When the hands free kit is on it mutes the radio. So assume that is linked some how. I have tried a few ipod to bluetooth connectors off eBay and none seem to allow my phone to stream to the unit. Does anyone know a make that would work? 

I assume I need to replace the lot and happy to do it. Does anyone also know if the unit is a double dinn ready or do I need a new cage / facia I can see kits but they seem to be if you had a non satnav unit. 

Any advice or help would be appreciated as I don't really don't want to spend a day taking all apart and putting it back again only to take it apart a week later in after I get the parts needed
