Trying to signon MyT in car

I have tried to sign on to MyT in the car, using my email address and password, including the special character required and I am told email address or password is wrong? Can sign on ok via my PC. Any suggestions please?

Have you checked that the caps lock is off ??

Don't use special characters. Use letters and numbers as a test.

They insist I use a special character in my password, I used a # sign?

Try a "!"... I know $ would not work for me (although MyT and my toyota were both happy head unit would not sign in)
