MyT missing trips

Ok so this is happening frequently enough now to be annoying.

I use the MyT app to record my business mileage and drove to see a customer this morning, and back home again.

When I got home I recorded the outbound journey as a business trip, then noticed my return journey hasn't been recorded.

So MyT must think I teleported home then?!?

Is there something I can do so minimise the lost journeys?

Same happens on our Yaris. Our My T was active on day we got the car when it had about 50 miles on the clock. The car has done 5214 miles yet My T has recorded 4575 miles so close on 600 miles have disappeared into the ether.
