How to remove air condition ac amplifier ecu estima 2006+

good morning.  my estima hybrid 2006 air condition ac amplifier ecu estima 2006+ broke and i am trying to install a replacement.  but the screws are impossible to access as they go into the air condition fan motor.  and are squished behing the plastic holder which holds the fuse box.

which one is easier to remove either the fan motor or the fusebox holder.  and which screws do i need to undo for those.

if someone knows a video that would be very useful
