Reversing light suddenly stopped working.

Bulb not blown, checked and its not the bulb, however no power to the cluster where bulb located.

2014/15 Aygo

Any ideas guys????

Have you checked the fuse

It the fuse is OK,it may be the reverse switch

The fuse is labelled back-up the reverse light is switched live, as such is only live in reverse gear, ignition on

Have you tested the bulb some can blow short circuit

Also check the ground to that lamp socket

where abouts is the fuse for the reverse light people,

Now you're asking, i will look it up

Edit. Thinking of the wrong car - the back-up light is on, fuse IG1 No.2 5amp

Drivers side J/B - stick your head in the foot well and look up near the A pillar

Looking at op's profile pic, a Mk2 (05/2014 - 10/2021), at a guess it's a 64 plate but 2015 registered

I can't find a fuse https://fuse-box.info/toyota/toyota-aygo-ab10-2005-2014-fuses-and-relay It's going to be the actual switch (on gearbox) or at the bulb holder end there will be an earth wire to body that is failing/corroded

The cheap option is to check the earth, although this still sounds like the switch on the gearbox.

MK1 late face lift - 10A Backup - No 9 on the side of the instrument cluster - 2 screws to get the cover off turn the wheel left 90º for 1 and turn right for the other

I don't reckon its the fuse as all this other stuff would fail too 

Back-up lights, power door lock system, wireless remote control system, power windows, rear window defogger, tachometer, air conditioning system, heater system

replaced faulty switch on gear box 😏
