Radio Confusion

Morning,

tried to program the radio this morning in my ‘07 T25 - all successful- but was blindsided by the fact that it’s somehow got DAB.

has somebody fitted the stereo from a later car or is there some sort of adapter I’ve not spotted? It goes to DAB when you repeatedly press the AM button.

I’m just curious as to what’s going on, as it all looks pretty… factory.
