Touch2 - touch2 with go

Hi all, looking for some help

Ive just bought a CHR 2017 Hybrid and I'm generally quite pleased with it

But it came with touch 2 which doesn't have things like satnav, fairly standard these days?

I went to my local toyota dealer and they quoted me £800 to upgrade to touch2 with go, They've fitted the upgrade today and the satnav works fine.

however none of the other features I had expected with touch 2 with go are present. So no DAB radio option, no Apple or android connect options. I'm mainly miffed because I had specifically asked the dealer about these features and was told they would come with the upgrade, They now deny having had that conversation.

can anyone shed any light on this or have had a similar experience?

Android Auto & Apple Carplay were only available as an upgrade on the later version of Touch 2 (known as MM17) in the early versions of the current Corolla and Rav4 (2019/2020).

Touch 2 multimedia units pre-dating MM17 (eg yours) aren't compatible with Android Auto/Apple Carplay.
