I have the same symptoms on a 2011 1.0 manual. 40k miles, serviced at a Toyota in the last 12 months. Any ideas as it should have the new cat setup?

a 2011 will have the newer type cat

I have a 2010 with the old style of cat - for a cheap fix I plan to do the clean but I cant find the small EGR gasket anywhere.

Would someone have any leads ?
