Avensis T27 Silver Trim at bottom of windows coming off

I've noticed the plastic trim is starting to come away in a couple of places. see pic  I've tried pushing it down and it works for a day or so but it always comes away again.  Anyone had this as I can't see if its anything that's broken or just something that has perished over time.  Toyota I imagine would just replace the part, im just wondering if to just put some superglue in there and hopefully I won't glue anything up that would cause an issue.
