Warm air in rear central vent

Has anyone experienced warm air in the rear central vent ?

In my corolla the warm air coming out of the low rear central vent is very poor.

If I remember correctly.....

temperature all the way up

fan on all the way

choose icon with a down arrow on heating control unit

open rear central vent using associated wheel and open directional shutters.

Then you might be able to feel some warm air coming out!😉

I guess closing the front vents will help the rear get more heat.         
Maybe a better performing fan will give good heat all round….but may get noisy.

Some air comes out of the vents but also from under the front seats in the Excel and tourer.

Good pointers, thank you.

I finally got warm air blowing out of this vent by selecting middle/horizontal airflow orientation. 

Low orientation did not work for me.
