PHEV Spare wheel?

I know this topic is discussed in other threads and maybe I have missed something, however can you fit a full size wheel and tyre in the wheel well in a PHEV and under the false floor? Ideally 19”. Or does it need to be a space saver? I have a spare very good tyre and if I can buy a used wheel on fleabay then I can avoid the spacesaver solution which for towing is a problem.

I’ve seen YouTube videos that suggest that a full spare can be fitted but they were using the OEM foam insert.

Ah, never thought to check YouTube. Not worried about the polystyrene foam, that can be cut from a block to suit.
