2007 Yaris D-4D Advice

Hi just recently joined the owners club this morning (see new members), and still have to find my way around. Now I have done a search and cannot seem to find much info regarding valve clearances on my 2007 diesel Yaris. I have read elsewhere that they don't really require checking very often if ever? because they don't ever require any adjustment with there being a tolerance on the shims. My Yaris has only covered just over 65k from new, so very low mileage for a 15-year old car and the engine is as sweet as a nut, very smooth and no noises so I'm really not too concerned at this moment in time, also I'm not likely to be doing any more than say 2000 miles/year max for the foreseeable future. 👍
