Corolla E12 3d 2007 - part number - parcel shelf

Hi all,
In the last year, I bought Corolla E12 reg FY07 DVX. It is a pretty tricky car! Everywhere in the system, the year of manufactured states as 2007, but with this engine, 1.6 VVTi productions finished at 2006. I had some problems with finding even front screen wipers. 
Now I am looking for a boot shelf (parcel shelf). I am looking for this item's part number and can't find it anywhere. 
eBay sellers are confused, too; they say that shelf will fit both 3d and 5d. I am not sure... I know the 3d version of Colour Collection is pretty rare in the UK; therefore, 2006 is still acceptable?
Could you help me, please? I know it's not essential, but it drives me crazy to find this shelf since I bought the car.

just off the info given - 64330-13041  £225 new from Toyota, 3 and 5 door are the same 08/2003 onwards (UK built)

Your car was built in 27th March 2006 but not registered until 5th March 2007 well after production had stopped hence the confusion when looking at parts online, there is also a Recall outstanding on the car for Passenger airbag inflator.
