Hi.

I noticed there is a mist of oil underneath the intake manifold and has covered front of the engine block.

Thinking that might be the intake manifold gasket , car seems to run ok  though.

Should I replace it or just leave it well alone , ? Wouldn't that cause a vacuum leak?

Cheers

More than likely, the cam cover gasket has gone crispy with age and/or heat cycles

intake gasket - 17177-21030 (old number 17177-21020) - the aftermarket tend to reference the old No.

Cam cover gasket - 11213-21011

Victor Reinz are very good gaskets
