Yaris Front Lights

Just a quick question.

I noticed when my main beams are on, the driver side is slightly less lit than the passenger side. It looks as though the top bulb isn't lighting up. Is this for safety of other road users so you don't blind oncoming traffic ?

If I put the high beams on, they all light up evenly.

If you take picture from inside the car I can tell. Usually headlights are set exactly that way as you have described for the reason you have noted. 👍
