Automatic call history transfer

Can someone please help me. I've just had the new Rav 4. I've connected my phone via bluetooth but I have an issue with my call history. I use my phone for work purposes at times and do not want my call history to be shown in the car due to keeping people's information private. How can I stop my call history from being transferred or how can I delete specific calls from the log? I've tried turning off the automatic contact/ history transfer but it is still showing the calls. I've tried deleting the specific calls from my phone but it still shows? Can anyone please help? Ideally, it would just be easier for me to be be able to stop the call log from transferring full stop. Help would really be appreciated.

You could try turning off contact sharing in the bluetooth settings (under the linked device Toyota Touch) on your phone? You might have to delete anything that has transferred and stayed in the car memory. If this works, the downside is you won't have your phone book at all.
