It’s annoying when you can’t get a definitive answer to a new and unusual issue that has just been identified.  Sorry, I can’t offer any practical advice on this matter either, but at least there are no amber or red warning lights being displayed so that is a positive.  Hope someone can unravel the mystery of this phenomenon.
