Yaris 1.3 SR, 2012 - Catalytic Converter Replacement and Torque Specs

Hi I have a 1.3 SR, 2012 petrol model with the 1NR-FE engine. I am replacing the combined exhaust manifold / catalytic converter and require torque specs for the following if anyone can assist, please: Torque for the nuts connecting the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head and also the tightening order. Torque for the pre and post cat lambda sensors Torque for the bolts connecting the front downpipe to the exhaust mid section Many thanks in advance
