Good Afternoon on this glorious sunny easter Saturday

I have a couple of dealers who have good stocks of japanese  imports of 7/8 seaters. Fancy the Estima at my budget of around the £10k mark, for growing family. Dont know if its a coincidence, but nearly all the mileages are coming out at 50-70K miles, however they have kilometres in Japan ! How accurate is the mileage, it states they are verified. Do they have annual MOT in Japan, to verify mileage. Just don't want one that has been 'clocked' ?

The Japanese test is called the Shaken, and for cars is carried out at 2 years and then annually. The test is a lot more expensive than the UK MOT - several hundred dollars - and is more stringent.

Really geared towards encouraging the purchase of new vehicles more regularly.

If you're looking at cars around the 2009 vintage, I would suggest 50-70K miles is usual, if not more.

As above...and if you buy from a reputable importer/dealer you should have few worries.

They are a great vehicle and you'll get a lot of bangs for your bucks.
