Avensis 2011 not unlocking via fob

Avensis Estate 2011 D4D 2.0. Lately, the car can only be unlocked via key whereas locking remotely via fob works fine. However, at random, the car can be unlocked remotely via fob but mostly the key needs to be physically inserted to unlock. When unlock button is pressed, clicking sound can be heard but doesn't really unlock the car. Fob Battery is good  and also tried by doing the main 12v Battery reset by removing the Battery wires. Any ideas?

Finally got it working by unlocking the boot and then pressing the unlock button on the boot door few times and the unlock button on the fob few times.
