Fog light retainers ?? Do you mean the fog light surround/cover - they are just clipped in place, the fog lights are held by 1 screw - IIRC the oem is Valeo

 

52030-0D050 and 52040-0D050 (Painted)

or

52030-0D060 and 52040-0D060 (Chrome)

Click to enlarge - arrow with red dot indicates a screw - top pic is the under bumper access cover the 2nd shows the fog light locates in the inside with tabs/posts and held with a screw on the other side on the outside of the bumper - the cover clips over the top on the outside
