i am rebuilding my paseo engine and the bottom end is fine, new piston rings and big end shells and crank shells......etc i am i need of a gear box, does anyone know if anything else fits the paseo engine i can use but still using the paseo gear system? i am sure there are more stuff and information i will need so any help would be very great full.

the starlet gear box will fit no problem cause i ve still got it in wif mine. think the turbo one should be the same aswell

not in the uk, no. in US the tercel has a different 5efe

theirs quite a few seos in the scrap yards now so u may be able to find one, rick may still have the link to one in scotland

I've got a 5E-FHE Sera gearbox if thats any good... Should be a direct swap

the tercel's engine was the same as the US spec 'seo, and the trasmission should be a direct bolt-in replacement
