Multimedia system already linked on second hand Auris

Hi

I've just got a second hand Auris from 2019 with Touch And Go 2.

I've tried to link the multimedia services to my Toyota account using the Toyota website and the MyT android app but I'm confronted with the following issue.

When I connected the car to Toyota Online and tried to add the device ID to my account on the app (or website), it tells me the system is already connected to another account.

I suppose the previous owner did not unlink the system from his account.

Is there any way to link the system to my account?

Was the car bought from a Toyota dealer? Go back to them to raise the issue, or contact the Toyota importer for your country.

Yes the car is registered to my account but the multimedia system isn't.
