X Touch keeps freezing

i I'm looking for some advice, just bought a 2015 Aygo with the 2 button touchscreen radio system and its just starting to freeze up and the touchscreen becomes unresponsive and the mode button on the steering wheel will also not respond when pressed. The radio still works but you can't change the station or change tracks if you listening to music via bluetooth. My phone still connects to the system ok. Many thanks.

There are software updates available that may help the latest being 0850, to confirm your installed version press setup onscreen > general > scroll down > software update, what does it say under Audio?

Thanks for the reply Lee, I've checked and the software version I've got is 0820.Would you know how to update to the latest version and how would I do this, thanks
