Am I allowed to offer tyres for sale?

I am unsure about whether the Forum allows members to advertise items for sale such as a set of winter/all year tyres for a CR-H?  Will someone oblige me?

Difficult to take a useful photo with tyres still on car till Wednesday but I will post something and update it later. Thanks for the tip.
