MyToyota app removed my car

Hi, this probably a rare quesion but has any one been using the Mytoyota app recently? I connected my car few days ago and this morning I received a message saying my car has been removed from my account and moved to a new account. I opened the app and the car in the app is disappeared so I add it again. Has anyone encounted this issue, or is there someone else where trying to connect my car on the app using my licence plate ?

I'm currently having issues with MyT App too.

I went to Cornwall a month ago and it removed my vehicle - to which i re-did it and not done again since.  But issues with the app actually opening up and also with tracking journeys.
