Length of cable needed from USB port to vent

Hi

Bit of a random question!

Could anyone tell me the length from the USB port to the vent area on the Yaris.

Would a 1 foot cable reach or would slightly longer be needed?

 Thanks in advance

I went for 50cm, that works for me. I'm using the centre mounted Brodit mount, just below the infotainment unit. Much as I wanted to use CarPlay, I've so far found it not the joy I was expecting!

Newbie, they are cheap enough, any good length will do for starters. Once you have the car you might explore a 'round the houses' solution hiding the cable where you can.

In one case my long cable had an impossible entry angle.  You can find any adapter such as 90 degree left or right angle, male or female and even 45/135 angle ones.

On a Corolla a 90 male into the port has the cable routed towards the footwell.

This cable I got from Amazon was 23cm long and can be specified with various connectors. Worked out well on my Yaris...
