2014 diesel 2.2 turbo Fuel injector circuit fault.

Hi,

Im very new to this forum. I have a 2014 Rav 4 diesel engine 2.2 turbo (could be 2.0 L) and had a reoccurring fault happen today. I was driving 110km on the free way when I lost power and could only manage 80km with the orange engine light on and the orange warning light on.

My NRMA help said the fault was a fuel injector circuit fault and reset my computer. The car drove fine after this. 

This happened a couple of years ago with the same scenario (reset and worked fine).

Should I be worried? 

On a side note both problems happened around the time I was driving and using the cruise control lever to go up and down speeds. I wonder if the over use of that could be at fault?
