Washer fluid warning

Just ran out of washer fluid for the first time and was surprised the car didn't notify me that I was getting low. 

On the Toyota YouTube channel they state 'the car will tell you when you need to refill' 

Anybody know whether this is a feature the car should have and has since been omitted? Doesn't really bother me I just wondered.

The low washer fluid warning light is only fitted to Corolla that also have headlight washers.

sorry, Corolla in the UK does not have this function

I don't have this feature on mine, but usually can tell by the sound when it's coming to the end, you can tell it's running out.  Anyone else noticed it?

I have 2019 Corolla saloon (Luna Sport - 2nd highest Irish trim level) and can confirm it has low windshield fluid level warning.

Irish specs may differ to UK specs

Do any Irish specifications have standard adaptive headlights?

Not on the saloon model. Not sure about the hatchback though. Saloon, even on highest trim, doesn't even get led headlights.
