Hi, I’ve newly purchased a toyota yaris 63 plate. I downloaded music (converted to mp3) onto my usb stick. When I plugged it in the car read the usb stick well. My folders/ song list come up on the screen, however when I select a song to play no sound comes out. It doesn’t play! I’ve tried putting the volume up but nothing, it just doesn’t play at all. Can someone please help me!

Have you loaded to a folder or just onto root of USB?
