Sounds like you've got the Toyota Touch system which was fitted to some versions of the 2012 Auris (1st generation).

What you're getting shows that you don't have the sat nav module (called 'Go') fitted.

To be honest with a ten year old multimedia unit you'd be better off getting a good quality standalone sat nav with lifetime map updates from the likes of TomTom, Garmin, etc. (Lifetime map updates means for the life of the sat nav as determined by the manufacturer).

I have the same system, you can buy and install  the module and associated antenna and leads, and then you'd have a 10 + year old  sat nav you have to buy an expensive updates for and can't see very well when the sun is shining on it. I think Toyota only fitted them to use up the parts before the new model came on stream.

There is no better sat nav than Google maps on your smartphone. Best to ignore any screens in any car except Tesla and Rivian.
