Faulty turbo, injectors etc??? Any advice

I’ve just bought a Toyota previa 2L diesel 2006

it has white smoke when starting but clears

black smoke when working hard

uses lots of oil but doesn’t go into the water and doesn’t overheat 

struggles for power, when starting it has no power but especially at 3000 revs

runs better when the oil is topped up but it goes down quickly and can’t see where it is going. It doesn’t leak out 

any ideas?

Have you scanned it for codes, have you taken the intake pipe work off the turbo and checked it for end play, are the intake pipes oiled, did you buy it with these known issues ? Private, dealer or trade sale? Don't tell me Facebook marketplace ? what's the mileage ?
