Phone connection problems to MM19

Any one know why my MM keeps doing this photo attached if I press the telephone icon on steering wheel it will disconnect but then does exactly the same again. It doesn't do it all the time also I am not actually making a phone call.

I have tried disconnecting the phone from the system and reconnecting still the same it also done it with my old android phone. It also says sometimes, phone disconnected then immediately re connects
