My paseo is imported, from japan im guessing, and i think its got a restriction on the engine. Ive tried it a few times, but i just cant seem to break the 100mph limit, it just sits on the 100mph, u can feel theres more power there but just cant release it, could this be because it has been resticted when it was imported? How do they work? and would they be easy to remove? What sorta price am i looking at?

Many thanks in advance

Rich

no, it's not easy. you need a speed delimiter and someone who knows what they're doing to install it. I don't screw around with electronics, especially on an import, and btw, all paseos came from japan :D

You got a Gen1 or 2? If it's a 2 it shouldn't be limited, mine isn't....mind you it's still only good for around 115-120 max.

you can buy an easy fit delimiter here for £ 58.

Or get an Apexi RSM like me - but you shouldn't need it.

Japanese imports are limited to 180kmh - 112mph.

Can't really see the point of getting them delimited, you're well into speeding ban territory and the extra 5mph - does it really matter?
