Aygo Satnav

Sat nav on my 2017 Aygo is no longer coming up on the touchscreen. When I select connections on screen, Satnav is normally displayed.

Now it just searches for device(s) and times out. Has anyone experienced this problem or have a solution.

Do you have the X-Nav option, or do you use your smartphone?

If X-Nav then check the micro SD card in the glovebox is properly inserted.

If smartphone then has it had a software update?

I have the X-Nav Aygo PetrolDave. 

Daughter is using the car today, so will try tomorrow and post result.
