Speaker upgrade

Hi all.

I know this topic has been somewhat done to death so I apologise in advance.

I have a 2015 pre face lift auris hybrid.

the sound system is ok as some have already mentioned but I would like it to be better if possible. 
 

I have no electrical skills and don’t really want to risk damaging the car by pulling bits of it as I’m not particularly handy.

 

the question is, could I take it to one of these car Audio places, or even (shame on me) a Halfords and have them fit Speakers, amp, bass whilst still keeping my original head unit and keeping all of its functions? 
 

and if this is possible is it worth it? Or will the sound quality increase be negligible if I’m keeping the original head  unit? 

 

if anyone has tried this I’d like to hear please.

id just like something with a bit more punch and clarity.

Or to add to this, is it possible to buy a double din infotainment system that is high quality that works with the auris keeping all its features?

assuming it has a better amp it would then definitely produce better sound.
