Bonnet cable snapped

Hi All, hope someone can advise, unfortunately my bonnet cable has snapped and needs replacing.  Does anyone have any instructions on how to open the bonnet via the grill or otherwise?

Any help will be appreciated.

If I remember correctly on my 2015 auris I fitted a extra horn and I pulled the front grille out from the bottom towards yourself then pulled it down from the top to disengage it from the slam panel be carefull though as the clips on the bottom are easily broken.

I assume that the 2014 was the same as the 2015 can’t remember when they changed to the new model had a feeling was 2012
