:ffs:

hey hey, if anyone can help it will be most excellent, last weekend my mk3 1988 supra cut out on me after going over a cattlegrid, i have checked all usual, pertrol fuses, distrib leads, spark plugs (please say if i have missed anything out) so i went and bought a supra manual, going thru the the checks i tested the fuel pump, so i bridged the connection to test the fuel pump and that worked, but when i put the ignition on the pump does not kick in, the manual says about knock sensors but doesnt tell me where it is on the engine, anyone help

Probably be your fuel pump relay then - when you bridge the FP+E1 in the diagnostics box,you are running the pump direct.

You could also check the Circuit opening relay to see if its working.
