T27 Central Locking

Pedal Head

Intermittent problem with the central locking on my 2012. Occasionally it will not lock, I hear a click from the locking mechanism but not the usual clunk, non of the doors lock. If I try to lock with the button in the car the same happens, no doors are showing open. I can lock each door individually then use the key to manually lock the drivers door on exit and all's fine. It can go weeks without issue then it may fail repeatably for a day or two, key fobs are good so the issue is with the car.

Anyone any suggestion as to where to start looking for the cause?

I have & there's no obvious cause however to update the fault seems to have dissapeared as I've not had an issue over the past 6 weeks or so. All I've done is clean out the well where the boot lock loop is and lube the boot lock mechanism. Odd but that's all I can put it down to atm
