Bloody Annoyed!

A few days ago, I spent the day fitting new brakes.

I have changed the discs for Brembo cross drilled and grooved ones with some uprated pads. Swapped the hoses for goodridge ones and bleed the whole system out and put new brake fluid in. Which was quite a job and takes a good few hours!

Anyway the brakes are 25miles old when this evening I was taking my time through a country lane when some fool :censor: decided to take a wide swing into thier drive which unfortunately sat on a blind bend.

I had to slam on the brakes to avoid a smash and the ABS cut in when I pulled up just short of their bumper!! :ffs: Having enough time to see their driveway, god knows why they needed to do such a manouver!!!

So I've probably shinned the new brakes up a treat!!!!

rant over

I wouldn't worry about it. I run new brakes in on the track all the time, and it's never harmed'em (that's on bikes tho' ;) )
