Interesting video, he's showing engine damage from too infrequent oil changes, but note he says at one point that it's quite normal that dealers don't use Toyota oil for service, just the cheapest bulk oil they can get. And similarly for the many ticksheet inspection items, never get done. I wonder if UK dealers are this bad?
