Toyota aygo fuel tank leak

Hi all,

I have a question regarding a leak issue. I have a Toyota aygo 2005. When filling up the tank with gas the tank started leaking underneath between the tank and hose connection. It only leaked for the last 1L and after that it was fine again and has not leaked since (probably untill i fill it up again to the max).

Now i think that when I fill up my tank to the max or maybe just past the max it leaks between the tank and hose. Is there anything I can do to fix this issue?

Change the filler hose and clamps the pipes just go brittle with age or just don't fill the tank up so much ?
