Replacement glass for 2005 HiAce Regius H200

Any ideas where to source a replacement mirror, driver's side, for this vehicle? 

It's an import, obviously and of course most normal suppliers haven't heard of it.

Part of the issue is that Europe had a different version of the Hiace between 1996-2012 - the Hiace Powervan (see image) rather than the H200.

Yes, I have gathered that and the wing mirror is a different shape I think.
