Headlights like a drl

Hello,
I would like to put the headlamps (minimum) to work as day running lights.
Does anyone know how to connect the ignition without the rears working?
That is, I turn on the car and the headlights are on permanently, but if I turn on the switch, the rear lights will work.

IIRC some market had DRL's in the fog lights, the factory ones work with the headlights off and handbrake released - if you turn the headlights on the DRL's turn off

LHD or RHD ?

Edit. Osram used to make the LEDriving FOG and you buy the correct bracket to suit the IQ not sure if they are still sold
