Suspension mods

Hi guys, been searching for a while but can only really find coilys but I'm looking to lower my st200 so the UK spec 6gen with the 7afe engine. I'm just trying to find lowering springs due to the awful roads i drive daily but also wanting a lower car and preferably upgrading the current handling looking to eventually engine swap or convert to a 7age using a 4age head and forged internals although this is a long way off.

TLDR: suggestions for lowering springs 40-60mm on a st/at200

Try H&R, Eibach,

Seems a bit of a contradiction - you want lowering springs because of the bad roads AND 40-60mm drop, the Celica is low anyway, 30-40mm max any more, and you're likely to rip the exhaust off or ground out on speed humps - by lowering the car you are shortening the amount of suspension travel what gives a harsher ride

Thank you just going off what I've been suggested in terms of the 40-60 I'd assumed the stiffness of the coils would rattle itself to death but tbh with the 5inch tip I have on it now and risk of ripping it off 30 should suffice thank you for advice

30mm drop will settle to 35-40mm drop over a year or a few K miles

Just to confirm these fit with stock/OEM shocks? Or would you recommend to swap these too and hence help with dampening the shorter travel ? I.e. shorter struts so the travel of the shock isn't affected by the stiffer/shorter spring or is less affected
