Paseo Owners Needed!

Hey guys,

i just got back from ITG, the induction kit specialists to discuss putting a system on my motor.

Heres the thing, with me alone, im lookin in the region of £350 all in, but if i can get 6-8 ppl interested in a system, the guy can cover the costs of a custom build and offer them much cheaper...

so 97Paseo, can i count you in? i really want this to work, hes working on an Integra Type R right now and it looks awesome! we're lookin between 7-10 bhp increase plus more with the right exhasut system...

So if you know anyone who wants an induction kit, tell them to forget Green or importing from US... These guys make the air filters for F1's BAR and co. so they know their stuff...

let me know asap, im gonna meet again with him next week...

i would be interested in a month or so if he can make one for a 1st gen Cynos with the 5e-fhe..

maybe able to get 2 more 2nd gens interested though.... what would the price be for a group buy?

it really depends on what kind of interest he gets, and the sort of work needed.

he had a quick nose around today, but im gonna leave it with for the day some time next week so he can take the existing apart and see how or what he can do to get it in...

he may be able to get away with modifiying existing hoses etc but if he needs to turn a new one (cos our pipe going into the throttle body has a slight kink in it) then the price is gonna be around £350 unless he can make it in numbers...

so basically, top whack, £350.

give me some rough numbers of interest and i'll speak to him when i take my car in...

james, send us a snap shot of your engine bay please... its just a matter of room to fit the carbon airbox... if you have as much as us, then you will be fine...

did i mention its designed to handle 200bhp, and will give a satisfactory roar on gearchange as supposed to sucking sound of say the K&N 57i kit?

yeah, one of the members on paseopimp makes a ptetty good ram intake. hes getting me a price to ship to the Uk..

honestly, when u see the kit u know where the money is going...

but hey, if u guys want the US stuff thats fair enough, it just means i gotta pay that little bit more for individuality...

I'd be surprised if it were.

Sorry mellow, can't justify shelling out that much at the moment :( even with a lot of interest I'm sure it would be quite pricey if it's as good as you say

I don't think the Paseo one will fit a Sera without modification. Its one of the things on my list to tackle.
