Journey Planner - Where has it gone?

At the beginning of May 2022 I went from a Corolla ‘Design’ to a Corolla ‘Touring Sports’.  I removed my previous vehicle from my “My Toyota” account and added my new vehicle under ‘Owned’.

I want to use the Journey Planner every now and then but I can’t find it anymore. 

It was on the page where you can get your ‘Driving Statistics’, amongst other things. However the option has disappeared. It was there when I updated the account from my previous car but it vanished maybe a day or so later. 

The site says all my services have been activated and lists ‘Smart Services’ as active. But I’m sure the was once another item in the “Active” list that is not there now.

I can’t seem to find who to contact over this. No Contact Centre seems to be listed on the Toyota web site. I just keep getting directed to the Apps page.

Anybody else finding this?
